It has all the features of the full version except there are limits on the number of records that can be saved. These limits are set high enough so you can get a realistic feel for entering all your information, logging sessions and generating reports etc.
Once you have tried Coaching Log and see how it simplifies your administration you can order the full version risk free.
You can use the data that you enter into the trial version when you upgrade to the full version. Simply backup the working database before installing the full version, then restore the database backup as the new working database and away you go.
